Abstract
This paper analyzes on the challenges faced by the enterprises and the features of the informatization of the enterprises such as the digitalization of the information, the virtualization of the operation, and the integration of the management, etc., discusses on the function of the informatization on the enterprises, and according to the problems existing in the course of the informatization of our country's enterprises, probes into the countermeasures for carrying out the informatization of the enterprises in recent stage.
