Abstract
Objective: To investigate the main factors influencing the quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after operation through Cox model analysis.Method: 110 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were selected from department of hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital, they received the treatment of radical hepatectomy, and the clinical data of whom was retrospectively analyzed, then the result of single factor analysis were set for multiple factors Cox analysis to find out the main factors, which affect the quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after operation.Result: The recurrence rate and survival rate in the first year were 39.1% and 77.3%,in the third year were 68.2% and 39.1%,in the fifth year were 82.7% and 23.6%,respectively.The results of single factor analysis showed: the patient's age, tumor capsule formation, capsular infiltration, vascular invasion, tumor thrombus in the portal vein, tumor diameter(5 cm),and postoperative early tumor recurrence show correlation with quality of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after operation.Multivariate Cox model analysis showed: microvascular invasion, portal vein tumor thrombus and tumor recurrence in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after operation had the significant influence on the quality of life. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and treatment, postoperative attention to regularly review, early detection and treatment of recurrence of the tumor can improve the quality of life of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after operation.
