Abstract
Cultural policy was not only a significant component of German colonial policies but also an important method of German colonization in Qingdao.The goal of this policy was to make Qingdao an exhibition and propagating center of German culture and it was attained by supporting the church,establishing various kinds of schools and demonstrating the superiority of German culture.
