Studies on the Transform from Criminal Custody to Administrative Custody

During the case detection of the public security organs,the active criminals and important suspects can be detained in advance according to the seven cases prescribed in Article 61 of Criminal Suit Lawin order to guarantee the smooth conduct.Criminal custody and administrative custody,though both depriving of man's freedom for the time being,are guite different in nature.For the standardization of the behavior of the public security organs and also for effectively guaranteeing civic right,it is necessary to discuss some correlated problem existing in the process of change.The paper will discuss five problems superficially.
