Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to provide the scientific basis for wheat production with good quality and high effectiveness.[Method] With winter wheat varieties such as Gaocheng 8901,Yannong 15 as the material, the effects of different post-anthesis irrigation treatments W0(no irrigation),W1(1 time irrigation at 7 d post-anthesis),W2(2 times irrigation at 7,14 d post-anthesis resp),W3(3 times irrigation at 7,14,21 d post-anthesis resp),W4(4 times irrigation at 7,14,21,28 d post-anthesis resp.) on their yield and quality were investigated.[Result] The 1 000-grain weight of Yannong 15 under W3 condition was the biggest.Under W0 condition, the 1 000-grain weight of Yannong 15 was the least, and the contents of total protein and glutelin were the highest, the content of soluble glutelin was decreased with the increase of irrigation times;the wet gluten content and water Absorption of irrigation treatments were bigger than those of W0,but the gluten formation and dough ball time were less than those of W0.The 1 000-grain weight and yield of Gaocheng 8901 was the highest under W2 condition and its contents of total protein, monomeric protein and soluble protein were the highest under W0 condition and its gluten amount and insoluble protein content were the highest under W1.[Conclusion] The effects of post-anthesis irrigation on yield and quality of different wheat varieties were different.Consideration to irrigation model of high yield and quality wheat,135 mm water should be irrigated befor flowering, and 30-60 mm after flowering.
