Abstract

The free and comprehensive development is the highest value of the socialist goal.But it is since the reform and opening up that the free and comprehensive development of the masses really starts.On the one hand,the socialist market economy plays an important role in promoting the free and comprehensive development;on the other hand,the latter is the driving force for the free and comprehensive development.The socialist market economy is an important stage that the people come to the really free and comprehensive development.
