Abstract

The paper analyzes the effect of FDI on the quality of China's economic growth by two methods of statistics and cointegration.Results show that FDI has caused a decline in the quality of economic growth by direct ways,but the effect of FDI on the quality of economic growth is statistically insignificant by indirect means that is spillover effect of FDI.
