Abstract
Objective To study the pathogenicity and antimicrobial susceptibility of intestinal microbial flora isolated from the cervical canal of women with chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods B ultrasound,CT and endoscopic examination for bacterial morphology,PCR and other testing were proceeded in 501 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases. Results The intestinal microbial flora was found in the cervical canal of a third women with chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases,in which the enterococcus and Enterobacteria were highly sensitive to azithromycin and josamycin. Conclusion The degree of cross infection of the microbial flora of cervical canal or infection of colonized flora can not only evaluate the effectiveness of treatment measures, but also determine the possible risk of recurrence of inflammation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
