Abstract

A method for detectimg 48 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables was studied. The detection was performed by SIM-GC-MS technique. Pesticides were positively confirmed by retention times and ion ratios. This method can be used to detect 48 pesticides including organophosphorus, organochlorines, pyrethroids and carbamates in farm products such as fruits and vegetables. The limit of detection ranges from 2.0×10 -10 -2.0×10 -7 (μg·g -1 ) depending on the different pesticides.
