Research on the Factors Guaranteeing the Development of Capacities for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Universities

The development of capacities for innovation and entrepreneurship is of great significance for the cultivation of innovation-oriented talents.Starting from the understanding of the implication of cultivating and developing the capacities for innovation and entrepreneurship,the author analyzes problems with the development.Learning from the experience of American universities and combining with the current situation of China's universities,the author also puts forward such four factors that will help guarantee China's development of the capacities for innovation and entrepreneurship in universities as the fundamental factor of academic freedom,the incentive factor of the integration of multi-thought,the quality factor of the realistic approach and the technological factor of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship.
