Abstract

The goal of training for Master of Engineering is to educate engineering practitioner. The education mode of Master of Engineering results from the development of socioeconomy. In order to meet the social need, based on characteristics of Master of Engineering, the universities should educate the high-level and multiplex talents who not only grasp the advanced science knowledge but also have the quality of management. The education mode of Master of Engineering offers the chance for the person-on-the job to futher study, also satisfies the demand of society for talents.
