Study on Danye capsule combined with lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis

Objective To observe the curative effect of Danye capsule in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods 60 cases of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups,each group was 30 cases.The pa tients in control group were given conventional hepatoprotective + lamivudine + adefovir antiviral therapy,the patients in treatment group were added Danye capsule on the basis of control group,the liver function(the recovery rate of ALT),HBV-DNA negative conversion rate,serum liver fibrosis indexes(HA,LN,P-Ⅲ-P,Ⅳ-C)and the change of liver hemodynamics in the two groups after treatment were observed.Results The two groups had a certain effect,but the overall effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the that of control group,the difference was statistical ly significant(P0.01);the contents of serum liver fibrosis markers HA,LN,P-Ⅲ-P,Ⅳ-C in treatment group after the treatment was significantly decreased,and significantly better than that of control group(P0.01);at the same time,color doppler showed the portal vein diameter and diameter of splenic vein of the patients in treatment group was decreased significantly(P0.01),and the flow velocity of portal vein blood was increased than before the treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Danye capsule can improve liver cirrhosis and hemodynamics serum liver fibrosis indexes in patients with hepatitis B,and it has a certain effect on the improvement of liver cirrhosis.
