Abstract
By the turn of the century, there encounters the background by gigantic changes of international Communist movement, characteristic of time, and the transition of world pattern. This paper discusses the acknowledgement to the existence and development of contemporary Socialism by the perspective of Communist Party of Vietnam, to its environment, tendency and law. Try to illustrate the cognition to the developmental law of human society and the confidence of Socialism, by the Communist Party of Vietnam.
