Abstract
In the foundation of analyzing the movement and force of crankshaft system of PA6V12 diesel engine, Pro/E was used to model the crankshaft system, PATRAN was used to model the crankshaft of finite element in the meantime and the rigid-flex multi-body dynamical simulation model of crankshaft system was carried out in ADAMS/View. The model mainly considered boundary conditions that the diesel is in the rated load. Results analysis indicate that this model is accurate for simulating movement and force of crankshaft system and also provide a basis for the fatigue life calculation of crankshaft based on dynamical finite element analysis.
