Abstract
In order to realize optimizing the allocation of resources in the world,and acquire the lowest cost and the highest efficiency,it is very important to implement transnational operations of the enterprise.Currently,international merger and aquisition has become the main trend of transnational operation.The standard of valuing corporation merger and acquisition is whether it can accomplish the anticipatory purpose.Though some Chinese enterprises like Haier succeeded in running factories abroad or mergering foreign enterprises,most of the native enterprises are still short of experiences and knowledge to conduct international merger and acquisiiton.The paper dicusses the countermeasures against the oxisting eroblems in this respect.
