26 cases of diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal trauma

Objective To summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal trauma experience.Methods Division,admitted 26 cases of blunt abdominal trauma patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results 26 patients underwent surgical treatment in 22 cases,conservative treatment in 3 cases.1 patient died.Conclusion The detailed physical examination,based on the rational use of modern physical and chemical inspection equipment,real-time inspection and the condition of patients on a regular basis,from time to time review combined.To achieve early diagnosis,early treatment is to save lives of patients with blunt abdominal trauma and reduce the misdiagnosis and mistreatment key.
