Abstract
Fenton reagent method was used to treat phenol water sample.The effect of various factors was analyzed through experiment.The results of experimental study showed that the mass concentration of phenol wastewater was 100 mg/L.The optimized conditions were: addition quantity of H2O2 was 14 mmol/L,addition quantity of Fe2+ was 1.2 mmol/L,initial pH=3 and reaction time was 30 min.Under these conditions the largest removal rate of phenol could be reached 99.6%.
