Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Tanshinone ⅡA on prolixferation and apoptosis of mouse cell line SP2/0 in vitro. Methods The cell proliferation was measured by cell counting and MTT assay.Cell apoptosis was determined by morphology and agarose gel electrophoresis methods. Results After treatment with 0.25~4.0 μg/mL TanⅡA for 72 h,the proliferation of SP2/0 cells was significantly suppressed, and the morphologic characteristics of apoptotic cells were observed under microscope,DNA ladder was presented in DNA electrophoresis. Conclusion TanⅡA can effectively inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of mouse SP2/0 cell in vitro.
