Abstract

This article briefly introduces the main type,principle and characteristics of DNA molecular marker techniques,and emphatically summarizes the application status of RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,SSR,EST-SSR and SNP marker techniques in the genetic diversity study of fruit tree germplasm resources.
