Abstract
The Crime Of Insurance Fraud is derived from the ordinary crimes of fraud,which shares some common features with the latter while the former bears characteristics of its own.With regard to the complexity of asserting the crime,this text analyzes in detail the characteristics of the crime of insurance fraud,its constitutive elements,and its complex asserting process,in order to help the judicial department accurately punish the rampant criminal activities in insurance.
