Low Carbon Economy:Revolution in the Way of Human Economic Development

The contradiction between the environment and the development of economy going more and more significant in 21centry,we are facing new challenges in the way of economic development.The low carbon economy which is low energy consumption,low material consumption low-emission and low-pollution should be one of the future choices in the economic development.This paper investigated the relationship between the histories of energy utilization and the histories of economic development.The background about how this low carbon economy is generated has also been discussed in this paper.The development of the low carbon economy is based on the concern from the international community about the harmful result from the emission of greenhouse gas(CO2).The paper also studied the impacts of the new,low carbon economy to the traditional industry which is based on fossil fuels(resource).Finally,we also proposed some methods to develop low-carbon economy.
