Abstract

Lean Production has been adopted in domestic tobacco industry for several years and a good effect has been made on the Flexible Production while some traditional concepts like the defects of the current production mode obstructs the further development of production management and causes a high cost as a result. We should adjust the production mode so as to make the production management meet the requirements of Lean Production and increase management level and efficiency , lower the cost of production and management thus strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprises.
