Abstract

ethnic cadre status is a significant symbol of development level of minorities.This thesis analyses the frontier ethnic area cadre selecting and appointing in new age.It also focuses on cadre's characteristics in frontier ethnic area.Finally,practical proposals were offered in order to promote the frontier ethnic area cadre selecting and appointing,with scientific outlook on development.
