Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive-behavioral intervention on depression in infertile women.Methods Qualified patients collected in two time slots were randomly assigned as the control group and the intervention group.The patients in the control group were only given routine nursing care,and those in the trial group based were given additional intervention of cognitive behavior based on the routine nursing care.Results Before intervention,there was no significantly difference in the scores of each scale between two groups(P0.05).After cognitive-behavioral intervention,the scores of self-esteem((26.8±3.5) vs.(30.1±2.9)),confrontation((20.0±2.7)vs.(22.8±3.0)),the total social support((35.8±5.5) vs.(40.8±5.8)),subjective support((20.4±4.2) vs.(23.9±3.2)),support utilization((6.8±1.4) vs.(8.4±1.9)) in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group;the scores of resignation((11.2±2.9)vs.(8.5±2.6)),SDS((56.3±7.2) vs.(44.6±7.7))in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The cognitive-behavioral intervention can reduce the level of depression in infertile women effectively.
