Marx's credit theory and the construction of our country enterprise credit system

Abstract
Marx's credit theory is important to obey credit for enterprise and individnal.Combined with the current situation of enterprises' credit in our country,this paper proposes some suggestions to construct credit system,such as perfecting public credit and individual credit,strengthening management to medium organization,constructing credit information system,perfecting the law.
