Abstract
With the development of preparation technique,microsphere agents not only have the dispersion and protection functions of traditional drug carrier,but also have the effects of slow release,it has a promising future in their application as a recently new type drug carrier.But as an ideal drug carrier,it also has following characteristics:① Targeting;② Controllable capability of drug release;③ Its pharmacology should be stable and easy for drug release;④ Avirulence;⑤ Degradable.There is a gap between applied microsphere agents and its goal,so it has practically clinical implications to speed up research and development of microsphere agents and make drug-loaded system ameliorated.
