Abstract
The enzyme activities and heavy metal contents in soils polluted by abandoned tailings were studied. The results showed that soil of tail mineral polluted by different degrees of copper, zinc, lead and manganese. The soil enzymatic activities decreased significantly with increase of contamination of heavy metals, especially sucrose and urease activities.Multivariate regression analysis indicated that soil sucrose, urease and dehydrogenase activity were restrained by Mn,Pb,and Cu significantly, whereas they were prompted by Zn.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
