Abstract

This paper explained the concept and origin of web virtual lab system,and its components and features.Then it discussed some general technologies to develop web virtual lab such as VRML,ActiveX,Flash,Java,QuickTime VR,etc.The characteristics of those technologies and their application area were analyzed.
