Effect on Rural Income Distribution of Non-agricultural Employment of our Rural Labor

it plays an employment role in rural social development that the influence on rural income distribution of non-agricultural employment of our rural labor.With the help of social survey dada,by means of the direction way,this paper counts out the income distribution effect from rural labor's non-farming employment in the investigated areas through setting up participation equation and income equation.The findings show non-farming employment makes contribution to the even of rural income distribution and there exists an inverse U shaped trend between the number of non-farming employment and the degree of rural income equalization.The article further putts forwards the suggestions about rationally choosing the pattern of rural labor's non-farming employment.
