Abstract
In order to develope a set of cultivation techniques for high quality and high yield,the photosynthetic characteristics of American blackberry were studied.The results showed that,in Wen'an county of Hebei Province,its daily variations were found as a double-peak curve whose highest peak occurred at 9∶00,and the sub-peak at 13∶00.So its daily variations of photosynthetic rate were featured with Noon rest.As for its yearly variations,another double-peak curve was observed for its photosynthesis,the highest in Jun and the sub-peak in August.Research also indicated that light saturation point and light compensation point of the berry were 60 μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)and 1 380μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1) respectively.
