Abstract
This paper describes using SolidWorks in the optimization design and modeling of axle parts, and statics analysis is made using SolidWorks modeling Simulation of the finite element analysis software. Consequently, the verification of the design of the shaft is checked without complicated arithmetic operation. The optimized design of axial parts is achieved through evaluation optimization example.
