Abstract
The ancient Miao songs are rich in content and have plenty of artistic subjects.Some of the songs express the idea of living harmoniously and equally between the Miao people and nature.The songs are imbued with valuable aesthetic consciousness and poetic affection and possess awareness of ecology.This article attempts to do some elementary exploration about the ecological consciousness in the ancient Miao songs.
