Abstract
Effect of NaCl stress on the seed germination of eight barley cultivars were studied. The result shoued that seed germination rate and germination index reduced, relative harm rate of salt increased simultaneously, with the increasing of NaCl stress concentration. So the inhibitive effect on seed germination obviously increased by NaCl stress. We found that the sensitive NaCl concentration of seed germination is 80mmol/L.Those barley cultivars have different salt sensitivity under NaCl stress.Yan90260 and C2118 were salt tolerant barley cultivars in experiment. The other barley cultivars were salt sensitive comparatively.
