Abstract

Before we discuss the boundary of government administration,we should admit the necessity of government for society.Through further analyzing,we would find that defining the boundary of government can meet the requirement of the society,and that we can interpret the problem of boundary of government from two aspects: the development of society and the process of government.In a word,the problem of boundary of government has its own logic from be to be.
