Abstract
The mainstream of modern economics analysis paradigm includes equilibrium and non-equilibrium analysis. The equilibrium theory of Marx is a unified logic system including partial equilibrium, general equilibrium,macro-balanced and non-equilibrium analysis;and the labor theory of value is the core of this theory. It has essential difference between Marxian equilibrium theory and modern non-equilibrium theory. It is necessary to draw the modern Western economic theory on developing the study of Marx economic when we carry out the construction of the socialist market economy in the debates on Marx and modern non-equilibrium theory.
