The design research of the information system about the vendor-managed inventory

In recent 40 years,most of the manufacturing enterprises have racked their brains to thing over that how to minimize the merchandise inventory with effective running and management,since the conception of zero inventory managementwas given by toyota motor company.And now the model of vendor managed inventory is being accepted by the enterprises in our country.Vendor managed inventory is a result of the notion which is requested by the supply chain management.It asks the supplier to plan and manage their down stream enterprises's policy in stocking,ordering and dispatching.Therefore,we must solve the problem that how to run the vendor managed inventory system in reasonable model.
