The Structure and Benefit of Urban Land Utilization in China

With the development of urbanization in our country, the scale of cities has been expanding. And the urban transformation is accelerating. In the process, there exist certain relationship and restriction between urban land use structure and the industrial, economic structure of city. So it is necessary to research the interactive relationship between the city industry transformation and the adjustment of land use structure. Based on the national 84 key cities of land use structure and the related social economic data, the research analyzed the basic characteristics and problem of land use structure and output benefit according to different size and different regional cities. And then based on the result, the paper proposed some valuable advice to optimize the land use structure.
