Abstract

FTTH serves as a broadband access method that takes optical fiber as transmission medium,featuring with high bandwidth,anti-interference and easy-maintenance.It is seen as the top model of optical fiber broad band networks as it the technology available that can meet the needs of the future.This article holds that the condition for FTTH massive application has matured by analyzing FTTH application scene,technology compare with FTTH and FTTB,and building cost.This article also gives advices on PON technology choice,optical divide ratio and afterward evolving direction.
