Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of colposcopy and cervical biopsies associate with endocervical canal curettage under colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervix lesions. Methods Retrospectively analyse the 500 case accepted colposcopy examination or cervical biopsies associate with endocervical canal curettage under colposcopy and conization of cervix/LEEP.Results 74.8% colposcopy report absolutely consist with the pathological findings of cervical biopsies, and 90.6% consist with both relatively.Consistence rate of the pathological findings of cervical biopsies associate with endocervical canal curettage and conization of cervix/LEEP is 86.7%,and the relative consisitence rate is 98%,there is no significant difference between two methods(P0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy is valuable for diagnosing cervix lesions, but still needs to depend on pathological examination.Cervical biopsies associate with endocervical canal curettage under colposcopy is a very effective way to diagnose cervix lesions.
