Abstract

With the development of medicine,and the diversity of social interest,conflict and subject relationship,it is essential to adjust the mechanism of medical dispute resolution.Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) will play complemental and buffer role in medical dispute area.With the discussing of ADR concept,the related law of ADR and strength,the ADR is the way of solving medical dispute quickly and effectively.
