Abstract

The high speed brushless DC motor controller was designed in this paper.The commutating method of the three-phase inverter was analyzed and then decided.The MC33035 and MC 33039 integrated chip were adapted in the controller.The position feedback sensor employed the hall sensors,and the switching devices MOSFETs.There was speed feedback unit,forward and backward rotary unit,over-current unit etc.Good performance of the system was verified by the systematic experimental results,and the system in accordance with the design target with practical value.
