Abstract
The article introduces the background that the network administrative system based on policy produces and some concept of network management based on policy at first, and then provides three resource access control algorithms, which are Discretionary Access Control, Mandatory Access Control, Role Based Access Control. It analysis the performance of the algorithms respectively.
