The Objective and Scope of China's Criminal Law Interpretation

The interpretation of criminal law's objective has always been centered on subjective theory,objective theory,and midway theory.The criminal law interpretation should adopt the objective theory considering the inherited values and relativity of the basic principles of criminal law.Due to the different characteristics between China's criminal law interpretation and that of western countries,we should restrict the application of objective theory.In interpreting the criminal law,we should stick to the legal principle,the rational principle and human rights protection principle.
