Method to increase fineness of iron ore concentrate

Abstract
It is a long time problem that iron ore concentrate in dressing plant is coarse.Generally,it is imputable to limitation of one-stage grinding and negative influence of pre-dressing prior to ore grinding.According to screen analysis of overflow from classification and screen analysis of concentrate,two methods can be selected to increase fineness of concentrate:control of classification overflow or control of size of concentrate by means of high-frequency fine screen.
