Abstract
Objective To detect the levels of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T(Treg) cells in peripheral blood of patients with allergic rhinitis(AR) and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The T lymphocytes were isolated from peripheral blood of 15 patients with allergic rhinitis(observation group) and 15 healthy subjects(control group),and the ratios of CD4+ T cells/T cells,CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells/CD4+T cells and Foxp3+ CD4+ CD25+ T cells /CD4+T cells were detected by flow cytometry for both groups. Results There was no significant difference in the ratio of CD4+ T cells/T cells between observation group and control group(P0.05),however,there were significant differences in the ratios of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells/CD4+T cells and Foxp3+ CD4+ CD25+ T cells /CD4+T cells between observation group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion The ratio of CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells is obviously reduced in peripheral blood of patients with AR,which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of AR.
