Abstract
The main characteristic of agricultural development at new stage is accelerating traditional agriculture's transforming into modern agriculture. How to build modern agriculture is a great subject in the course of well-off society building. The view that the author has put forward as follows: Agriculture is the basic industry of bring forth the new constantly;Modern agriculture has entered new developing stage and the field;Modern agricultural construction must proceed from the reality , take the road with Chinese characteristics;Modern agricultural construction must advance the industrialization of agricultural managing actively;Must really put agriculture in the first place of national economic development in modern agricultural construction
