Abstract
The objective of the present paper was to determine the amount of metal elements in the aAllium sativum L.from different regions by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS) .FAAS method was established for the determination of Na,Ca,Mg,Mn,Cu,K,Zn,Fe,Cr,Cd and Pb in the Allium Sativum L.The samples were incinerated and then digested with V(HNO_3)+V (HClO_4)=4+1 and under normal pressure. In the meantime, the optimum parameters of FAAS and effects of solution medium on the results were studied. The analytical results of Na,Ca,Mg,Mn,Cu, K,Zn,Fe,Cr,Cd and Pb allium sativum L.from different habitats respectirely were 236.49, 1 598.21,612.44,6.27,15.48,12 172.41,126.88,64.46,1.67,1.75,2.02;172.84, 1243.38,610.05,5.32,13.60,11 689.65,120.07,78.91,1.75,2.04,1.97;136.90, 1467.93,574.16,6.27,16.90,12263.45,146.34,116.20,1.82,2.17,2.25 pμg·g~(-1).The results showed that recovery of standard addition was 96.60% ~ 105.80%,and the RSD (n=9) was 0.24% ~4.81%.The characteristic method is quick, simple and convenient, and the results are satisfactory.
