Abstract
Large research evidences show that if the aircraft encounters wake vortex of the front aircraft while flying in the air, it will be faced with serious threaten.Under this background, an electromagnetic scattering and visual simulation system of aircraft wake vortex was constructed, the evolution of aircraft wake vortex in stable state was researched, and the important radar characteristic was got such as velocity distribution characteristic and radar cross section characteristic, which established theory foundation on radar detection of aircraft wake vortex.The three-dimensional simulation model in the system vividly simulated the evolution of aircraft wake vortex, and provided direct and effective management to aerodrome aviation.
