Control System of Production Automation for New Model Cement Based on PLC and Profibus

In accordance with the requirement of production technics of cement,the programmable logic controller control system based on the Profibus technologyis designed and implemented,which combines with the technologies of PLC,DCS and Profibus and combines industrial control network and configuration software for the long-distance control to the cement product line.The design of hardware and software is introduced.The run on site shows that the system has features of stable running,high reliability,convenient operation,little maintenance and a high popularized function.
