Legal Thinking on Bringing Abstract Administrative Act into Judicial Review

Abstract

That abstract administrative act is not included in judicial review is the legal limitation of our administrative procedure law.Implementing judicial review system in abstract administrative act is the essential requirement of abstract administrative act,and is also the requirement of protecting legitimate rights of private party.Therefore,perfecting the functions of state power,administration and justice is the important approach to realize judicial review in abstract administrative act.
